Terms and Conditions 

At PrintMax we like to keep things very simple. 

Payment:  We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express on-line.  We do not charge a credit card payment fee.  We also run 14 days accounts for larger customers.   We do not issue monthly statements.  Direct Deposit payments can be made to our bank – please email us atsales@printmax.com.au if you would like to pay in this way.

PLEASE be sure to quote your order reference number in the reference area, and to send us a copy of the transfer receipt to sales@printmax.com.au .

History:   We can provide historical usage reports for your benefit.  Please request these at 
sales@printmax.com.au .

Orders:   Are despatched when payment is confirmed as received.  New customers are required to pay for their first order by credit card.  Thereafter, and subject to estimated monthly spend exceeding $1,500, Printmax may grant a 14 day trading account.

Order Size:  PrintMax minimum order amount for free delivery is $100.00 (excluding GST).  Orders under this amount will incur a $10.00 fee.  Orders under $20.00 cannot be processed.

Delivery:  It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at time of ordering.  If the address is incorrect, then PrintMax reserves the right to re-charge for re-delivery to the correct address.  We do not ship outside Australia.

You can enter multiple addresses under your profile if you regularly ship to different locations, or branches.

Backorders:  If a product is out of stock, we will backorder the item for you and deliver it at the next possible date.  If the items is discontinued, we will refund your money (if pre-paid) or provide alternative for you to select.

Delivery Time:  Our normal delivery time is 1-2 days depending on your location.  Some regional areas may experience a longer delivery time depending on local couriers and delivery runs.  PrintMax uses a variety of couriers and Australia Post to get your goods to you fast.  Order cut-off time is 3.00pm each day (Mon – Fri).

Same day service is available - order sin before 10.30, and we will ship to your in motro locations.

Delivery Costs:   
- PrintMax charges a flat $7.00 (plus GST) per order for delivery into any metropolitan location (eastern seaboard only) if your order is under $55.00, otherwise standard delivery is free.  
- Pallet Copy Paper Orders:  Pallet orders are free into metro locations, where there is folk-lift unloading, otherwise, hand unloading will incur $2.00 per carton fee.  Pallets to regional areas will incur a freight cost TBA.
- Orders being shipped to regional locations may incur a freight surcharge of $20.00.  
- You can have delivery by fast courier at a cost of $30.00 (plus GST) in metro locations (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane only).

Prices:   The prices shown on our web site exclude GST and are in Australian dollars.  Prices are subject to change without notice, however your order will be shipped at the price shown at the time of ordering.  If you are going to buy an item in bulk, please let us know, as we may be able to offer alternative products and/or lower direct ship prices.

Offers and Terms:
Occassionalyy we will offer BONUS or free stock with goods purchased.  These are limited time offers and subject to limited stock.  Certain offers may apply from a certain date, in which case it is best to forward order for despatch on the start date.  

Postage Stamps:
From time to time we may offer Australia Post Postage Stamps at a discount rate.  These are only available at this price if you meet the terms of the offer.  For example "spend $100 on offcie supplies" and we will allow you to pruchase 2 boxes of stamps at the discounted price.  Postage stamps are genuine items.

Product Warranty:   All products supplied by PrintMax carry a manufacturer’s warranty.  All claim for such should be made directly to the manufacturers via their web sites.   Printmax does not warrant that a product is always available or suitable for your purposes.   By accessing this website you agree that Printmax will not be liable for any product that is not available or not suitable for your purposes or individual needs.   Manufacturer warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer. 

Toner & Ink:
All recycled or remanufactured toner and ink that we sell is covered by our replacement warranty and/or our "we will pay for your printers service" guarantee if the product is found to have casued the problem.  We will cover the first $150 in service costs.

Trade Buyers:  We do not supply to trade buyers or resellers. 

Returns Policy: 

PrintMax offers an open return policy subject to the following:

- Goods returned that are faulty or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost to you as soon as possible and subject to the manufacturer confirming they are faulty.  Please advise us as soon as possible after delivery, as after 30 days we may refuse.

- Goods being returned that have been incorrectly ordered will be accepted on the basis that a 20% restocking fee will apply. If it is our mistake the restocking fee will be waived.  Freight back to PrintMax or our supplier will also be deducted prior to a refund.

To return any goods, you must complete a return authorisation form (see pdf beow), and fax it to us on 02 9420 1479.  We will then send you a claim number and pre-printed labels by email to attach to the returning goods.  Please follow this procedure in order to get your credit.
